What's unique?
Dating back to Norman times, the original building stood on the riverbank until it was destroyed by Cromwell's army. The present building was erected in 1750, and some of the cottages date back to James I. Mother Theresa visited Wood Hall during its time as a pastoral and ecumenical centre. **PLEASE NOTE: The hotel is having essential maintenance in the spa area and this facility will not be available from 25th January until 8th February.**

Directions
From the North A1: Exit the A1M at the A58 marked Wetherby, then at T-junction turn right onto Walton Road (signposted A58 Wetherby, Leeds) & cross road bridge. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A58. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Wetherby Road A58 (signposted Leeds). Turn right onto Harewood Road A659 then follow the signs for Wood Hall. From Collingham: At the traffic lights turn right onto the A659 Harewood house/Otley/Linton. After 400 yards turn right at the signpost for Linton & Wood Hall hotel. Follow this road over the bridge & up into the village of Linton. At the Windmill Pub, turn left onto Trip lane. The hotel is around 2 miles up the drive. Travelling from Wetherby: take the Harrogate road north for half a mile. Turn left to Sicklinghall & Linton, cross the bridge & turn left to Linton & Wood Hall. Turn right opposite the Windmill Inn, the Hotel is a 2 miles along this road.
