What's unique?
The original water mills are mentioned in the Domesday book in 1086, and the only access to the hotel is across the bridge. The executive rooms are comfortable double rooms in the main house with all the facilities you would expect including a large plasma screen television and DVD player. Some rooms are suitable to accommodate children however please contact the hotel for more information. The standard rooms are charming rooms in the adjacent seventeenth century rook cottages just fifty yards from the main house. All rooms are ensuite however some rooms have a shower only. All rooms have views over the picturesque mille flaeame river which is a branch of the river Trent. Maximum occupancy is two people per room. Please note that from the 1st July 2007 all roooms will be non smoking.
